Re-Entry Assistance
When inmates are released as returning citizens, they are often on their own with minimal funds:
Because of this, Matthew 25 supports re-entry through Bridges Re-Entry and Project Safe Start, two non-profits who provide transportation, personal needs and support services upon release.
Further, Matthew 25 provides:
- to find housing,
- to get transportation to all their mandated appointments,
- to find a job, clothing, personal health items and food.
Because of this, Matthew 25 supports re-entry through Bridges Re-Entry and Project Safe Start, two non-profits who provide transportation, personal needs and support services upon release.
Further, Matthew 25 provides:
- research regarding transitional housing,
- aid in completing housing arrangements before release date,
- household items as needed.
